Lincoln - William E. "Bill" Arnold, 58, of Arlington Drive, died Friday, January 6, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Theresa (Quinn) Arnold.
Born in Pawtucket, a son of Marilyn L. (Jarvis) Arnold of Lincoln, and the late Edgar T. Arnold, he had lived in Lincoln for most of his life.
Mr. Arnold was a mail clerk for the U.S. Postal Service Providence Station for thirty-six years before retiring. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School.
Bill loved sports, especially the Patriots, Bruins and Red Sox, and loved statistics and would often make games of stats. He was a quirky guy who made sure to always carry a $5.00 bill on him at all times. His family would like everyone attending the visitation to please bring a $5.00 bill that will be donated to the RISPCA in his memory.
Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by two sisters, Nancy Robin of Harrisville and Jean Dalton of Pawtucket; and nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. His burial will be private.
