Lincoln - Theresa M. (St. Amour) Leddy, 95, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late William F. Leddy.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Andeol and Aline (Benoit) St. Amour, she had resided in Attleboro before moving to Lincoln forty years ago.
Mrs. Leddy was a registered nurse working for the Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island.
Theresa was and amazing seamstress and knitter, and was always knitting items for her family and for newborns. She was devoted to her husband throughout his career in the United States Marine Corps, and enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen Hazard of North Smithfield; two sons, Richard Leddy and his wife Marina of Attleboro, Mass., and Michael Leddy and his wife Elizabeth of Portsmouth; five grandchildren, Kerin Leddy, Kalyn Leddy, Madeline Leddy, Meghan Leddy and Oliver Hazard; one great grandson; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Paul St. Amour and Richard St. Amour.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Historic Saint Joseph Church, 1303 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Family and friends are invited. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Private burial will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
