Rosemary A. (Wensus) Hildebrand

Cumberland - Rosemary A. Hildebrand, 79, of Cumberland, formerly of Middleport, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, November 2, 2025 at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late John Hildebrand.

Born in Middleport, a daughter of the late William and Mary (Kubeika) Wensus, she had resided in Middleport for most of her life before moving to Cumberland in 2016.

Mrs. Hildebrand worked for the United States Postal Service, retiring as postmaster of Cumbola, Pennsylvania.

She is survived by her son, Timothy Wensus, and his wife Aimee, of Cumberland; and three grandchildren, Owen, Eloise and Benjamin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM in Holy Cross Church, 99 Valley Street, New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Family and friends are invited, and may attend visiting hours prior to the Mass from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Burial will take place on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pennyslvania.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care, 1085 North Main Street, Providence,RI 02904 would be appreciated.
