Robert Scott Obituary

LINCOLN- Robert L. Scott, 61, of Lincoln passed away on May 31, 2023 at Oak Hill Center, Pawtucket.

Born in Providence, he was a son of Katherine Scott of Lincoln and the late Arthur Scott, Jr.

In his earlier years Bobby worked at Kirkbrae Country Club, Juice Services and loved landscaping. After attending CCRI, where he earned his CNA degree, he went on to work at Greenville Health Care Center. He worked there for over 20 years in the Alzheimer's unit in which he proudly received an award for outstanding care. He was an avid fan of the NE Patriots, loved dancing to any song and could devour a lobster in no time at all. 

He will always be remembered as the kind and loving soul we all knew. 

He was preceded in death by his father, his brother Michael Scott and his sister Kelly Scott-Baxter.

He is survived by his mother Kate; two sisters, Tracy Scott of Lincoln and Kimberly Saunders and her husband Stuart of Greenville, SC; his brother, Stephen Scott of Asheville, NC; two nieces, Ashley Horner and her husband James and Cameron Saunders; one nephew, Mitchell Saunders; great niece and great nephew, Kelly E. Horner and Levi J. Horner; and his uncle and aunt Rodney and Terry Scott of Pawtucket.

A celebration of life will be held from 4-7PM on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the Fort Getty Pavilion, 1050 Fort Getty Rd., Jamestown.  Donations in his name to Brain Support Network, PO Box 7264, Menlo Park, CA 94026 would be appreciated.
