Robert G. Marquis

Cumberland - Robert G. Marquis, 64, of Brookdale Street, died unexpectedly at home on Friday, July 4, 2025.

Born in Providence, a son of Doris A. (Latour) Marquis of Cumberland, and the late Wilfred J. Marquis, he was raised in Pawtucket and lived in Cumberland for the past forty-seven years.

Mr. Marquis worked as a hair stylist for Chapel Hair, Cumberland; and later worked in retail sales at Ann & Hope Stores and Lord & Taylor; and as a machine operator for Stearns-Leach, Attleboro before retiring.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by three brothers, Wilfred "Willie" Marquis, Jr. of Cumberland, David Marquis of Pawtucket, and Ronald Marquis of Colorado.
