Riad E. Douleh

Lincoln - Riad E. Douleh, 76, of Angell Road, died Thursday, October 5, 2023 at home. He was the beloved husband of Freda (Nehme) Douleh. Mr. & Mrs. Douleh had been married for forty-three years.

Born in Jordan, a son of the late Elias and Antoinette (Zakka) Douleh, he had lived in Lincoln for the past twenty-eight years.

Mr. Douleh dedicated his life to his family. He was a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor, owning and operating numerous businesses and properties throughout his life. As a loving husband and father, he was always full of happiness, laughter, and had a great sense of humor.

Besides his beloved wife, he is survived by his loving children: Ronald Douleh, Richard Douleh, Roy Douleh, Diana Douleh, MD, George Douleh, and Michael Douleh, all of Lincoln. He is also survived by his siblings: Talal Douleh, Ghassan Douleh, Johny Douleh, Tereiz Hijazi, and Nabil Douleh. He was the brother of the late George Douleh and Samir Douleh.

A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of Saint Basil the Great, 15 Skyview Drive, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Saint Basil's Cemetery, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are invited, and may call Monday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.
