Ocala, Florida – Raymond P. Adam, 81, of Ocala, Florida and formerly of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence.
Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Robert and Dora A. (Messier) Adam, he had lived in Pawtucket before moving to Ocala, Florida 30 years ago.
Mr. Adam was a buyer and seller of race horses for many years.
He served in the United States Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
He is survived by one son, Raymond P. Adam, Jr. of Pawtucket; two daughters, Elizabeth Nichols of New York and Susan Trudell of Pawtucket; eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Robert Adam.
