Smithfield - Pauline E. (Bonin) Tingley, 83, of Smithfield died Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Lloyd N. Tingley.
Born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Wilfred and Eva (Mathieu) Bonin, she grew up in North Smithfield, she had lived most of her life in Pawtucket and Cumberland, before moving to Leesburg, Florida, Woonsocket and Smithfield.
Mrs. Tingley worked as a clerk for the State of Rhode Island Department of Human Services. She was a graduate of Woonsocket High School.
She loved to travel with her husband, and enjoyed camping in Connecticut every weekend, and also loved to dance.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Marie Anne Bonin of Woonsocket; her niece, Lisa Bonin of North Smithfield; and two nephews, Ronald Bonin of Portsmouth, and Alan Bonin of Uncasville, CT. She was the sister of the late Lucien Bonin.
A private graveside service will be held in Arnold Mills Cemetery, Cumberland. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
