Paulette M. Bedard

Paulette M. Bedard, 71, a second generation funeral director and owner of Lincoln Funeral Home, Inc., died Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at South County Hospital, South Kingstown.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Eugene J. and Therese M. (Berard) Bedard, she had resided in Lincoln for most of her life.

Paulette was a 1972 graduate of Notre Dame High School in Central Falls. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in 1976 from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA and a master's degree in 1981. She was a graduate of the New England Institute of Anatomy & Applied Sciences in Boston, MA. In 1987, she began working alongside her father in operating Lincoln Funeral Home, serving numerous families in the Lincoln, Cumberland, Central Falls and surrounding communities in a career spanning thirty-six years. She was a member of the Rhode Island Funeral Directors Association.

She is survived by her niece, Beth A. Timmerman and her husband Michael, of Groton, CT; her nephew, Mark G. Eboli and his wife Carrie, of Oklahoma City, OK; her great-niece and great-nepehw, Ariana N. Timmerman and Zander M. Timmerman, both of Groton, CT; and her furry companion, Abby. She was the sister of the late Beverly A. Eboli, and the sister-in-law of the late Ralph Eboli.

At her request, her funeral and burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket will be private. Visiting hours are respectfuly omitted.
