Lincoln - Paul H. Poulin, a devoted husband, loving son, and cherished friend, passed away on November 1, 2023 at the age of 61, at his home in Lincoln.
Born on June 20, 1962, in Central Falls, Rhode Island, Paul was the son of Pauline Poulin of East Providence and the late Roland Poulin. He resided in Lincoln since 2002. Paul was married to Karen L. Poulin for twenty-three loving years.
Paul built a career in property management, most recently working for Capstone Properties and self employment, before retiring three years ago. He was a graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island and MTTI, where he acquired invaluable knowledge that served him well in his professional endeavors.
Outside of work, Paul had a zest for life. He cultivated a passion for travel, eagerly exploring new destinations. His free time often found him on the golf course or ice rink, showcasing his skills in hockey. Paul also found great joy in skiing down snowy slopes, embracing the thrill of the mountains. As a devoted fan, he eagerly supported the New England Patriots and the Boston Bruins, celebrating their victories and enduring their defeats with unwavering loyalty.
Paul's memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife, Karen Poulin, as well as his mother, Pauline Poulin. He is also survived by his stepsons, Ryan San Souci of Cumberland and Joshua San Souci of Lincoln, who held a special place in his heart. His sisters, Elaine Oliver of Swansea, Massachusetts, Robin Campo of Richmond, and Lynda Poulin of Pawtucket, along with his brother, David Poulin of South Carolina and several neices and nephews, share in the grief of losing such a remarkable soul. Paul's legacy will continue through his cherished granddaughter, Eleanor (Nora) San Souci, who brought immeasurable happiness into his life.
A funeral service honoring the life of Paul will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 12:00 pm in Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Prior to the service, visiting hours will be held from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.
