Paul W. O'Toole

LINCOLN- Paul W. O’Toole, 70, of Olney Ave., passed away on Friday November 11, 2022 at The Miriam Hospital, Providence.  He was the beloved husband of Nancy J. (Lee) O’Toole for 48 years.  Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late William and Alice (Foster) O’Toole.

Paul proudly served in the US Coast Guard and loved military history.

Besides his wife Nancy, he is survived by his two loving sons, Stephen P. O’Toole and his fiance Siobhanna Lane of Pawtucket and Brian C. O’Toole and his wife Melissa of Lincoln.  He was the cherished grandfather of Shyann and Khloe O’Toole.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Requiem Eucharist on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 10AM in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 670 Weeden St., Pawtucket.  Burial with military honors will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  Visitation Tuesday 6-8PM at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Rd., Lincoln.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to St. Luke’s Food Ministry would be appreciated.
