Lincoln - Patricia C. (Hannaway) Marshall, 78, of South Street, died Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Robert Marshall, Jr. Mr. & Mrs. Marshall had been married for fifty-six years.
Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late John and Veronica (Souther) Hannaway, she was a lifelong resident of Lincoln. She graduated from Pawtucket West High School, and attended Johnson & Wales University.
Mrs. Marshall worked as a claims processor in the Temporary Disability Insurance Office for the State of Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training before retiring in 2009.
She enjoyed watching the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. Her favorite pastimes were shopping and spending time in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She loved parcheesi, reading, and playing Left, Right & Center with her family at the holidays. Most of all, Pat was kind, loving and generous to everyone. Her family was everything to her.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Christine Fraser, and her husband Daniel, Colleen Marshall, and Robin Paola, and her husband Anthony, all of Lincoln; her grandson, Daniel J. Fraser; and her beloved dogs, Brandie and Bailey. She was also a best friend to Carole Kelly, and leaves behind many other friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Jude Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited, and may call Tuesday, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Social distancing will be followed, and all guests will be required to wear a mask. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the Providence Animal Rescue League, 34 Elbow Street, Providence, R.I. 02903 would be appreciated.
