Pawtucket - Nazareth (Amaral) Cabral, 88, of Pawtucket, died Monday, January 4, 2021 at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Antonio Cabral. Mr. & Mrs. Cabral had been married for sixty-two years.
Born in Beira Alta, Portugal, a daughter of the late Antonio and Augusta Amaral, she had lived in Rio de Janerio, Brazil before moving to Pawtucket in 1963.
Mrs. Cabral worked as a seamstress at Arbeka Webbing Co., Pawtucket for just over twenty years.
She enjoyed knitting and needlework, and volunteered knitting hats for babies through Operation Warm Head Start at Women & Infants Hospital, Providence. She was a member of the Leon Mathieu Senior Center, Pawtucket and a communicant of St. Anthony Church, Pawtucket.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth O’Hara, and her husband David, of Boardman, Ohio, and Fatima Miller, and her husband Thomas, of Cumberland; one son, Antonio C. Cabral, and his wife Kim, of Hilton Head, South Carolina. Her love was seeing her seven grandchildren; Jason Cabral, Stefan Cabral, Rachael Deep, Gregg Miller, Ryan O'Hara, Emily Miller and Nicholas O'Hara and five great grandchildren.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be available to view via livestream on Friday, January 8, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. on Mrs. Cabral’s online memorial page at www.bellowsfuneralchapel.com.
