MaryEllen Courtemanche

Cumberland - MaryEllen Courtemanche, 57, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, August 29, 2022 at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence, after a two year battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born in Pawtucket on September 8, 1964 to the Richard W. Courtemanche and the late Barbara A. (Potrais) Courtemanche, she was the mother of Nicole Courtemanche, and her husband Noel, of Pawtucket, and Brandon Courtemanche of Hopedale, Massachusetts; sister of Richard W. Courtemanche, Jr., and his wife Kimberly, of Cumberland; and grandmother to Ethan P. Courtemanche.

MaryEllen was quite creative.  She loved drawing and painting, and also enjoyed visiting her cousins in Maine and fishing, and loved food, dancing and music.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at HopeHealth Hospice, and to Diane at Heritage Hills Nursing Center.  A special thank you to Auntie Joni, who spent countless hours by her side.  And lastly, thank you to all of her friends and family who generously donated to her GoFundMe.
