NORTH SMITHFIELD - Luella G. (Rainey) Grenier, 93, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away on October 25, 2023, at St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield, RI. Luella pursued her education and graduated from Central Falls High School, fostering a lifelong love of learning. She dedicated years of her working life to Dexter Credit Union, where her organizational skills and attention to detail were highly valued. Luella's commitment to her work and her professionalism earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues.
Beyond her professional achievements, Luella had an unwavering dedication to her family. She was a loving and supportive mother to her four children, Janet Grenier of Pawtucket, Dianne Berard of Lincoln, Thomas Grenier of Greenville and the late Norman Grenier. Luella's nurturing presence extended to her seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, who brought immense joy and happiness to her life.
Although her passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of her family, they find solace in the cherished memories and the lasting impact she made on their lives. Luella's unwavering love and selflessness will continue to serve as an inspiration for generations to come.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 in The Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.
