Julia M. LaVigne

Julia Mary LaVigne, 62, of Providence, passed away on Thursday May 2, 2024. Julie was born on June 20, 1961 to Edward Frank LaVigne and Antionette (Hart) LaVigne. She was raised in Pawtucket and graduated from Shea High School.

Julie was a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. She spent the last 20 years working for East Winds Dry Cleaners of East Greenwich where she loved working with customers.

Julie was predeceased by her father, Edward LaVigne. She is survived by her two children, Katelyn Rosa of East Providence and Bryce Fernandes of Pawtucket, as well as her mother and three siblings, Elizabeth LaVigne of Green; Edward LaVigne and his wife Sandra of Smithfield; Robert LaVigne and his wife Lisa, of Lincoln; two grandchildren, Aaliyah Fonseca and Jolie Rosa and many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 6:00 pm in Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. A committal service will be held Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of St. Ann Cemetery, 73 Church Street, Cranston. Family and friends are invited.
