North Fort Myers, Florida - Jeannine L. (Beausoleil) Boisvert, 70, of North Fort Myers, formerly of Manville, Rhode Island, died Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral, Florida. She was the beloved wife of Deputy Chief Gerard P. Boisvert, WFD (ret.).
Born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Armand and Laurette (Minville) Beausoleil, she had lived in Manville before moving to Vermont in 2010, and later to North Fort Myers.
Mrs. Boisvert worked as an office clerk for the former Rochambeau Worsted Mills before retiring.
She was a former communicant of St. James Church, Manville, where she served as an advisor to the CYO, and was a graduate of St. Clare's High School, Woonsocket.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Lisa Martin of Fort Myers, Florida, and Cindy Franklin and her husband, Shayne of Chepachet; and four grandchildren, Tyler Martin, Troy Martin, Gabrielle Franklin and Grady Franklin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in St. James Church, 33 Division Street, Manville. Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited, and may call Friday, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Hope Hospice, Hope Development Department, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908. Social distancing will be followed, and all guests must wear a mask.
