Lincoln- James J. Mulvey, Jr., 70, of Twin River Rd., passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the beloved husband of Lesley J. (Najarano) Mulvey for 47 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of late James J. and Marianne (Kubler) Mulvey.
He grew up in Raynham Mass where he played hockey for many years. He then went to UMASS Dartmouth where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in business. He opened and owned Guaranteed Mortgage of New England until retiring in 2017. He always enjoyed traveling the world with his wife and friends. He was a die hard Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. His other passions include Motorcycles, Rock and Roll and anything else that involved the beach, and playing with his beloved dog Luke.
Besides his wife Lesley, he is survived by his daughter, Kaitlyn J. Mulvey and his sister Patricia A. LaJoie, brother in-law Mark and nephew Ethan.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 11:00AM in St. Jude Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be private. Calling hours respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to the Hotel for Homeless Dogs in Cumberland RI, would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Bellows Funeral Chapel, Lincoln.
