Lincoln – James A. McBride, 85, of Lincoln passed away peacefully Monday, June 22, 2020 at Grandview Center, Cumberland.
Born in Jewett City, CT, a son of the late Francis A. and Urania Catherine (Evans) McBride, he had lived in Lincoln for the past 20 years.
Mr. McBride worked in maintenance for Noran Yarn Works in Pawtucket before working as a shipper and a receiver for Mercury Mail in Pawtucket before retiring.
He is survived by one sister, Margaret Lima and her husband William of Lincoln; one brother, Leo McBride and his wife Elizabeth of Pawtucket; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Elizabeth DeGuilio.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, July 1 at 10 A.M. in St. Jude’s Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. His burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.
