Herbert Stickland

Lincoln - Herbert Stickland, 88, of Brushwood Drive, died Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Grandview Center, Cumberland. He was the beloved husband of Sylvia (Geremia) Stickland. Mr. & Mrs. Stickland had been married for forty-six years.

Born in South Boston, Mass., a son of the late Herbert and Jennie (Deeb) Stickland, he had lived in Lincoln for the past forty-four years.

Mr. Stickland worked as a wholesale shoe salesman in the shoe industry for many years. He was the former owner of Union Avenue Liquor Mart, Providence. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he served during the Korean War.
