Helen A. (Oden) Roberts

Lincoln - Helen A. (Oden) Roberts, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2023, at the age of 87. She was the wife of the late Martin Pinson and Clarence Roberts. Born on October 9, 1936, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Helen was the daughter of the late John and Blanche (Pfefferle) Oden.

She spent over five decades residing in Lincoln before recently relocating to North Kingstown. Helen was an Accounts Payable Clerk for the State of Rhode Island before retiring.

Family was Helen's greatest joy in life, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her loving daughter, Cheryl Pinson, residing in Narragansett, and her beloved son, David Pinson, of Saunderstown. Helen also leaves behind her adoring granddaughters, Michaela Bodine, and Molly Savard and her two precious great-grandchildren, Jackson and Avery, who provided endless happiness and laughter in her life.

In addition to her immediate family, Helen is survived by her brothers, Richard Oden and Dennis Oden, who shared a special bond with her. She also leaves behind extended family members, including five stepchildren, Robin Martin, Michele West, Helen DeSalvo, Michael Roberts, and Richard Roberts.

As per her wishes, Helen will be privately laid to rest at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Helen's honor to a charity of one's personal choice.
