Florence T. (Sarkas) Salome

Osterville, MA – Florence T. (Sarkas) Salome, 94, of Osterville, MA passed away peacefully Monday, November 22, 2021 at Cape Cod Hospital, Barnstable, MA surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Salome.

   Born in Central Falls, RI, a daughter of the late Simon and Mary (Ade) Sarkas, she had lived in Tequesta, FL before moving to Osterville, MA 8 years ago.

   Mrs. Salome was a member of the Church of St. Basil the Great, Lincoln, RI.

   She is survived by her loving daughters, Katherine Horgan of Osterville, MA, and Carol S. Ehart and her husband Peter of Denver, NC; her beloved grandsons, Peter Ehart and his wife Courtney, and Cooper Ehart and his fiancée Kaylee Dowell; and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late William S. Salome, and the sister of the late Ella Azar, Louis Sarkas, Charles Sarkas, Deeb Sarkas and Alice M. Nassaney.

   Her funeral and burial in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, MA, will be private.
