Denise M. Perreault

Cumberland - Denise M. Perreault, 73, of Bear Hill Road, died Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late James F. Baron.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Alfred and Lorraine (Fontaine) Perreault, she had resided in Cumberland for many years.

Denise worked as a writer and newspaper reporter and evening editor of the Woonsocket Call for twenty-four years before retiring. She was a graduate of Brown University, earning her bachelor's degree with honors in English. She was an avid reader and a member of the Red Hat Society, Providence.

She is survived by her cousin, Linda Kissik of Cumberland, Bruce Millette of Florida and Thomas Costa of Rumford.
