Charlie's greatest joy came from spending time with his family and his twelve grandchildren. Especially summer days at his summer home on Pascoag Lake where he was well known for buying ice cream from the ice cream truck for the neighborhood. He was an avid reader of newspapers and his Kindle. He also owned a 1965 Cadillac gifted to him by his son, which won many awards in local car shows.
