Lincoln – Charles P. Economou, 80, of Lincoln passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 10, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Elaine M. (Colannino) Economou.
Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late George and Angie (Triantaphilos) Economou, he had lived in North Providence for 31 years before moving to Lincoln 22 years ago.
Mr. Economou was a master electrician by trade and facilities manager for the former Shepard’s Company in Providence for many years until its closing. He later became owner of ECO Property Management in Cranston for 15 years before retiring in 2004.
Besides his beloved wife, he is survived by his loving children, Leanne Bucacci and her husband Thomas of Lincoln, and Mark Economou and his wife Bridget of Coral Springs, FL; his sister, Georgia Carignan of Wakefield; his four beloved grandchildren, Patrick, Charles, Morgan and Caroline.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, October 13, 2023 at 10 A.M. in St. Jude’s Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. His burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln Friday from 8-9:30 A.M.
