Amy-Lynn D. Maymon, 44, of Pawtucket, RI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at the Miriam Hospital, Providence.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of Eugene "Buddy" Maymon of Seekonk, Mass., and Diane (Lafreniere) Maymon of Pawtucket, she was a lifelong resident of the city.
Amy worked as a lab technician and office assistant for Gilmore Diamond Tool Co., Attleboro, Mass. She was a graduate of William E. Tolman High School,Pawtucket.
She was a beautiful, loyal, kindhearted, and fun person who enjoyed going to concerts, listening to country music, taking selfies, traveling to see her sister in Florida, spending time with family, and going to the beach. She was a lover of animals, which showed through the love of her own dog, Dakota. She had a kind soul, a bright smile, and if she hugged you, she meant it. She will be missed by anyone that was lucky enough to know her.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her beloved daughter, Rylee Stone of Pawtucket; two sisters, Tracy Madden of Pawtucket and Jamie Maymon of Deerfield Beach,FL., step-mother, Lianne Maymon of Seekonk, step-sister Amy Danielson of Coventry, step-brother Carl James Danielson of Norton Ma., her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A prayer service will be held Friday, October 6, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Relatives and friends are invited, and may call prior to the service from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the Providence Animal Rescue League, 34 Elbow Street, Providence, RI 02903 would be appreciated.
