Lincoln- Theodore Ephrem Lauzon, 93, of Albion, RI died Monday, September 4th 2017, at the RI Veterans Home, Bristol, RI. He was the loving husband of the late Gloria M. (Moreau) Lauzon.

Born in Albion, RI, he was the son of the late, Pierre and Bernadette ( Lacroix) Lauzon.

Mr. Lauzon was a member of the Albion Fire Dept. from 1941 to 1981 from which he retired as Deputy Fire Chief. He was also employed by the Lincoln Police Dept as a Reserve officer for over 40 years retiring in 1994 and was truck driver for 35 years and retired in 1985.

Theodore was an Army Veteran of WWII serving in Europe from October 1943 to January 1946.

He was a member of American Legion Manville, Post #9, a Life member of the Fraternal Order of Police Associates and a member of the Teamsters Local 251. Theodore was a communicant of St. Ambrose Church, Albion.

He is survived by two Daughters, Marcella A. Smith of Annapolis, MD and Cynthia M. Jones of Lincoln, RI; Seven grandchildren, Audrie Macknowski, Kristen Pistocco, Karen Jones, Christopher Pagliaro, Matthew Pagliaro, Michael Pagliaro and Emily Pagliaro; Four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Theodore was the brother of the late, Maurice Lauzon, Yvette Bergeron and Claire Pelletier.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 9th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Ambrose Church 191 School Street, Albion. Burial will follow at St. Ambrose Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln, Friday from 5-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to RI Veterans Home 480 Metacom Ave, Bristol, RI 02809, For Guest Book, Arrangements entrusted with Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.
