Stella B. (Kulaga) Braley

Lincoln – Stella B. (Kulaga) Braley, 97, of River Road, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence.  She was the beloved wife of the late Edgar L. Braley.

Born in Cumberland, a daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha (Kapinos) Kulaga, she had lived in Lincoln since 1950.

Mrs. Braley worked as a jewelry assembler before retiring.

She loved stamp collecting, ballroom dancing in her younger days, and knitting, crocheting and sewing.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Deborah Braley of Foster; three grandchildren; and one great grandson.  She was the mother of the late Edgar P. Braley; and the sister of the late Anna Duffy, John Kulaga, Christopher Kulaga, Stanley Kulaga, Matthew Kulaga, and Amelia DiGiovanni.

A Prayer Service will be celebrated Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.  Relatives and friends are invited, and may call prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  Her burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
