Lincoln – Robin A. (Beland) Rocha, 61, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of 42 years and best friend to John Rocha.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of Joan (Scawthon) Beland of Smithfield and the late Robert Beland, she had lived in Lincoln for the past 34 years.
She was a phlebotomist at the Rhode Island Blood Center for 20 years, and also worked as a lab technician and receptionist in several doctor’s offices.
Robin loved the outdoors, reading, photography, and being at the beach. She loved spending time with her family and her friends. She was an avid bowler.
Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by her two loving daughters, Kelli Arno and her husband, Cory of Pawtucket, and Jamie Osman and her husband, Benjamin of Lincoln; and her six beloved grandchildren, Sara Arno, Megan Arno, Cory Arno, Jr., Jesse Hetu, and Violet and Lillian Osman. She was the mother of the late Jennifer Rocha and the sister of the late David Beland.
Relatives and friends may call at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln Thursday 4-7 P.M. Her funeral and burial will be private.
