Robert D. Brelsford

North Providence – Robert D. Brelsford, 60, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 22, 2018 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. He was the companion of Rebecca Pouliot.

   Born in Pawtucket, a son of Theresa (Lemieux) Lacroix of Lincoln and the late Clifford Brelsford, he had lived in Warwick before moving to North Providence 2 years ago.

   Robert was a maintenance man and an electrician.

   He was a member of the Central Falls Weightlifting Club, and was a Boy Scout and a Boy Scout Leader.

   Besides his companion and his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Tabak of Pawtucket and Aimee Medeiros of Cranston; one son, Jeffrey R. Brelsford of North Dartmouth, MA; seven sisters and brothers, Debra Thornlow (Mark) of Mesa, AZ, Darlene Brochu (Mark) of Lincoln, Daniel Brelsford (Sara) of Cumberland, Susan Corticelli (John) of Woonsocket, Clifford Brelsford of California, Maria Brelsford (Jason) of Woonsocket and Beth Kelley (John) of Cumberland; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was the stepson of the late Rosaire Lacroix.

Relatives and friends may call at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln Saturday, December 22 from 1-2 P.M. followed by a prayer service at 2 P.M. His burial will be private.
