Lincoln – Myrna E. (Kelly) Bigonette, 81, of Pine Grove Avenue, died Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Holiday Retirement Home, Manville, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of John R. Bigonette. Mr. & Mrs. Bigonette were married for fifty-nine years.
Born in Abington, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Mary E. (McCarrick) Kelly, she had lived in Lincoln since 1970.
Mrs. Bigonette was an avid bowler, participating in many leagues. She enjoyed playing golf and bingo, and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She was a communicant of Saint Ambrose Church, where she volunteered at the parish’s Annual Clambakes and Christmas Bazaars.
Besides her husband, she is survived by four daughters, Diane Appleby, and her husband Ted, of Holden, Massachusetts, Denise Scobee, and her husband Glenn, of Eldersburg, Maryland, Debra Estey, and her husband Russ, of Stow, Massachusetts, and Teresa Hayden, and her husband Patrick, of Lincoln; three sons, John R. Bigonette, Jr., and his wife Kim, of Lincoln, Robert Bigonette, and his wife Nancy of Fairfield, Connecticut, and Michael Bigonette, and his fiancée Erica, of Lincoln; one sister, Rose Hinton of Horsham, Pennsylvania; eighteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Jack Kelly and Joseph Kelly.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 3, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Ambrose Church, 191 School Street, Albion. Burial will follow in Saint Ambrose Cemetery, Albion. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
