North Smithfield – Doris C. (Breault) Lalime, 95, of North Smithfield and formerly of Albion, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Gerard F. Lalime.
Born in Albion, a daughter of the late Delphis and Florida (Tessier) Breault, she had lived in Albion for most of her life before moving to North Smithfield 11 years ago.
Mrs. Lalime was a sales woman and a stitcher working for Fields Hosiery and American Tourister before retiring in 1982.
She was a communicant of St. Ambrose Church, Albion where she served on the Parish Council. She was a member of the Golden Agers of Manville and Albion, a volunteer at St. Antoine Residence, and was a Eucharistic Minister at Landmark Medical Center.
She is survived by her four loving children, Gerard P. Lalime and his wife, Grace of Brunswick, ME, Richard R. Lalime and his wife, Ann of Woonsocket, Francine A. Poli of West Greenwich and Anne-Marie Murphy and her husband, John of Glocester; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Raymond E. Breault and Aldor E. Breault.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, April 30 at 11 A.M. in St. Ambrose Church, 191 School Street, Albion. Burial will be in St. Ambrose Cemetery, Albion.
