Andrea M. (Valentine) LoCurto

Cumberland – Andrea M. (Valentine) LoCurto, 79, of Flat Street, died Friday, August 17, 2018 at home.  She was the beloved wife of the late Charles F. LoCurto, Sr.

Born in Bronx, New York, a daughter of the late Charles and Yolanda (Parente) Valentine, she had lived in New York, Delaware, and Florida, before moving to Cumberland in 2017.

Mrs. LoCurto worked as a secretary in the medical and construction fields. She managed her late husband’s tile and marble contracting business in NY and DE and owned her own plaster craft manufacturing and retail companies in NY and DE  before retiring.

She is survived by two sons, Charles F. LoCurto of Lincoln, and C. Vincent LoCurto of Tallahassee, Florida; one sister, Marie Valentine of Port Charlotte, Florida; one brother, Charles Valentine of San Antonio, Texas; and three grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Jude Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln.  Relatives and friends are invited.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.  Her burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Lung Association, 260 West Exchange Street, Providence, R.I. 02903, would be appreciated.  Arrangements with Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.
