Rachel (Lacroix) Tellier

Lincoln – Rachel (Lacroix) Tellier, 86,  formerly of Manville, died Saturday, July 1, 2017, at the Friendly Home, Woonsocket.

Born in Albion, a daughter of the late Pierre and Laura (Deschenes) Lacroix, she had lived in Manville for fifteen years before moving to Woonsocket nine years ago.

She is survived by three daughters, Monique Normandin of Milford, Massachusetts, Diane Tellier of Johnston, and Lorraine Masse of Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; one sister, Madeline Paux of North Smithfield, one brother, Robert Lacroix of North Carolina; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  She was the sister of the late Gerard Lacroix, Roger Lacroix, Lucien Lacroix, Jeannine Gagnon, Therese Jobin and Marietta Durand.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, July 6 at 9:00 a.m. from Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Ambrose Church, 191 School Street, Albion.  Burial will follow in Saint Ambrose Cemetery, Albion.  Relatives and friends are invited, and may call Thursday morning from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 245 Waterman Street, Suite 306, Providence, R.I., 02906 would be appreciated.
