Patricia A. (Isham) Horyczka

Providence – Patricia A. (Isham) Horyczka, 84, of Providence passed away peacefully Monday, April 3, 2017 at Wingate at Blackstone, Providence. She was the wife of the late James Horyczka.

   Born in Willimantic, CT, a daughter of the late Philip H. and Edith (Lyman) Isham, she had lived in Glendale, California and Rancho Palos Verdes, California for 50 years before moving to Providence a little over 2 years ago.

   Mrs. Horyczka worked for Avon Cosmetics and in the Art Studio of Diane Clapp Bartz in Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA before retiring.

   She is survived by her sister, Jean (Isham) Peters of Providence; four nephews, Rev. Dr. George E. Peters, Jr. of Rumford, Thomas Peters of Mansfield, CT, Craig Peters of Columbia, CT and Gary Isham of San Antonio, TX; several grandnieces and grandnephews; and several great grandnieces and great grandnephews. She was the brother of the late Philip H. Isham, Jr.

   A Service of Remembrance & Thanksgiving will be held Saturday, April 29 at 2 P.M. at Wingate at Blackstone, 353 Blackstone Boulevard, Providence. Her private burial was in West Street Cemetery, Columbia, CT.
