Lincoln – Leonard J. Martin, 76, of Manville passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Suzanne J. (Gladu) Martin.

   Born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Jean and Catherine (Arnold) Martin, he had lived in Manville for the past 55 years.

   Mr. Martin worked as a laborer for Garelick Farms for 15 years before retiring in 2003.

   Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Theresa Parent of Manville and Rachel Garneau and her husband, David of Scituate; one son, Anthony Martin and his wife, Maria of Manville; one sister, Gloria Burnham of Fort Edwards, NY; one brother, Frederick Martin of Lincoln; four grandchildren, Eric Garneau and his wife, Courtney, Nicholas Baldwin, Kevin Garneau and Jennifer Baldwin; one step granddaughter, Elaina Ball; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Richard Martin and his late wife, Doris.

   His funeral will be held Monday, June 12 at 8:30 A.M. from Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. James Church, 33 Division Street, Manville. His burial will be private.

   Relatives and friends are invited and may call Sunday 5-8 P.M.
