We lost a great man in David Freund. I have always thought of him as a Renaissance Man. Someone kind, caring and devoted to his family. He could do anything with tools and time. My caring thoughts are sent to his beautiful wife Elaine, dear children and extended family members. Though we cannot take away your sadness, and can never fill Dave's shoes, we will walk along side you and be here for you, every step of the way.

My memories of Dave are from the time when he was at Westerville South High School. I was his Key Club Adviser. Dave was a very active member of our Key Club and provided many many hours of service to the high school and to the community of Westerville. Dave was involved in many of the conventions we attended as well. My condolences to Dave's family and friends. With my deepest sympathy.

So sad to hear;, Dave always had a smile, always right in the middle helping out or having fun. Another car person to share stories and wishes.
My prayers are with his family, may his memories and smile be a guiding light this day and forward .

Oh man Dave what happened? We used to sit next to each-other (more often than not) back in the Antonio's days. That was a lot of bad Raider football. It pains me that you're going to miss the next Raider World Championship. Peace out buddy.

We are all so shocked and saddened by the passing of Dave. Dave was always in a great mood and seemed to really enjoy life. He was very proud to have his son Steve join the club and come watch some games with us.... a family within a family.
Our hearts go out to the Feund family and we hope all of the great memories you have of Dave will always live on.

Our "Dave story" is filled with the fondest of memories participating with him at our Emmanuel Church fellowship events. Whether bidding wars at fundraising auctions, enjoying a meal together or helping on a volunteer duty he always brought such joy.

Our deepest sympathy to all those he leaves behind-cherish the memories!

My "Dave Story" would no doubt be associated with our time at our beloved The Ohio State University; where we were roommates Soph/Jr/Sr years. No particular memory to share, just a lot of good times. We had a lot of fun Dave. A whole lot of fun. God Bless You Dave, and God Bless you Elaine and children Steven and Annelise.
