David J. Czajkowski

Lincoln - David J. Czajkowski, 38, of Lincoln, passed away peacefully Friday, April 20, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. David was the beloved fiancé of Nichole Crawley.

Born in Providence, RI, son of John and Cathy (Altruda) Czajkowski of Lincoln, David lived in Lincoln his entire life. He worked for Stop and Shop, loved his Red Sox and was an avid pool player and member of the American Pool Association.

Besides his fiancé and parents, he is survived by his brother, Michael and his wife Jennifer (Holt) Czajkowski, of Cumberland. He has also had many aunts, uncles and cousins who he loved very much.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.  His funeral service and burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of R.I., 1085 North Main Street, Providence, R.I. 02904 would be appreciated.
