Claudia M. (Hinsley) Berube

Burrillville – Claudia M. (Hinsley) Berube, 63, of Lake Shore Drive, died Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.

Born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Robert and Joan (Catalani) Hinsley, she had lived in Pascoag for over thirty years.

Claudia worked as a Culinary Instructor at Johnson & Wales University for many years, teaching Continental and Classical French Cuisine, before retiring.

She loved cooking and gardening, and especially loved wrapping presents.

She is survived by one daughter, Mia Berube of North Providence; one son, Nicholas Berube of Pascoag; and four brothers, John Hinsley of Warwick, Greg Hinsley of Michigan, Mark Hinsley of Coventry, and Chris Hinsley of Richmond.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Boulevard, Suite 3004, Warwick, R.I. 02886 would be appreciated.
